PUDUCHERRY PEOPLE WRITE TO UNHRC ON TAMIL GENOCIDE

Dravida Peravai, a registered political party from India is mailing you this complaint against Srilankan Government for its Tamil Genocide proven by incidents narrated by clause by clause of the Genocide Act .

We were the first among Indian people to send a complaint to the United Nations Human Rights Commissioner on 3.8.1995 about the Genocidal wars of Srilankan Government against Tamils of Eelam.

We were the first to write to the United Nations Secretary General Mr.Boutrous Boutrous Chali on 30.09.1996. Both these complaints and newspaper reports are enclosed in this attachment.

We were the first to appeal to all members of the United Nations to fix Srilankan President for his Tamil Genocide, and that memorandum dated 20.05.2009 is enclosed.

Now again on 2^nd March 2013 we are sending to UNHRC and through UN Human Rights Council would urge the United Nations to constitute and International Commission on Enquiry against Srilankan Government for War crimes and Genocide of Eelam Tamils.

We were the first to write to the Public Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court of Justice on 20.05.2009 against Srilankan President Mahinda Rajapakshe for genocide, ethnic cleansing and war crimes throwing all canons of international law to winds. Complaint included in attachment.

The people of Karaikal, a town in UT of Puducherry in Indian Union sent memorandums to newly elected President of USA Mr.Barack H.Obama on 19^th February 2009 against Srilanka for its cross border terrorism of killing Indian Tamil fishermen in the sea waters of Bay of Bengal which ignored by others but is clear proof that Srilankan President Mahinda Rajapakshe hates all Tamils and targets them in his pursuit of genocide.

All our actions are in tune with our leader Late Aringnar Anna, founder of DMK and Former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, an Indian State who wrote an editorial on June 29 of 1959 in his Tamil weekly Dravida Nadu about the live burning of 800 Tamils by pouring kerosene on them reported by London journal.

I have listed out killings of Tamil since 1956 to 2000 in Srilanka which is in my book Tamil Genocide under Neo-Nazism.

All these background information should not be construed as self boasting but to stress that we have locus standi to request United Nation Human Rights Commission to consider our complaint against Mahinda Rajapakshe, Srilankan President.

SELECTIVE AMNESIA ABOUT PONDICHERRY's HERITAGE

Former Chief Election Commissioner of India, who started his career as Delhi Metropolitan Council official had served in Pondicherry as Secretary of Culture and Ports, and also had been Secretary in of Town and Country Planning. After climbing to reach great heights to become Chief Election Commissioner of this great democracy, suddenly his views appeared in The Hindu dated 16^th August of 2012 Open-Editorial page while we thought he has forgotten Pondicherry in his retirement.

A heritage, all at Sea is his article. Let me remind him of our heritage. I wrote in New Indian Express on June 4^th of 2005 under the title Saving the Coast, hence I was happy about Navin Chawla’s concern for the Pondicherry Coast. “As per the study by the School of Earth Sciences of Bharathidasan University before 1.5 million years ago sea extended up to Madurai. Around 90,000 years ago Chennai, Pondicherry and Vedaranyam were encircled by seas. Since sea level subsided 65,000 years ago India and Ceylon got connected. When sea level rose by 27,000 years ago both parted and when sea level fell by 17,000 years ago joined again to part again”. I have quoted from the report in my article. So we are thinking of our heritage not limiting our vision to the colonial period but to those past which is emerging from darkness.

Over 2 lakh years old fossilized skull found

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A well-fossilized human skull, dating back to over two lakh years, has been found from within ferricrete at a site near Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu, in a geo-archaeological exploration conducted at the site.

Besides being one of the oldest hominid fossils to be found in India, the study of the find could challenge the widely held theory that a fossil would not remain intact for long in ferricrete without sediment intrusion, Dr P Rajendran, UGC professor-scientist and archaeologist at the Department of History, Kerala University, who conducted the exploration said.

It is known fact the human race emanated from East Africa 1.60 million years ago, and if so when there is a discovery of a fossilized baby dating back to almost same age, is it not our heritage, and should we Pondicherrians not proclaim that ancient homo-sapiens had their home in our soil.

In and around Pondicherry 535 stone inscriptions have been found, out of which 4 are in Sanskrit, 2 in Kannada, 1 in Latin ,2 in French and 1 in Armenian. Should we not preserve these heritages and should we only preserve few colonial style buildings.

The rest in 535 stone inscriptions 16 Chola Emperors, 8 Pandyan Emperors, 2 Later Pallava Emperors, and 13 Vijayanagara Emperors have inscribed their legacy in Tamil. Is it wrong to call these history as our past, and should we only think of 1800 colonial style houses declared by Indian National Trust for Arts and Heritage Pondicherry chapter in 1995 as our heritage relics. Navin Chawla laments that half of these houses have undergone changes invoking the fundamental right of the legally rightful owners of these houses to construct or alter or re-construct their houses or dwellings in whichever architectural style of their choice. Nowadays with increasing thefts, burglary, house breaking and anti-socials on the prowl, is it prudent to keep houses with thinnai , and without compound or fencing inviting anyone to sleep in the frontal areas of these houses with French architectural style.

We are not having pyramids in Pondicherry that calls for preservation. We have not built Kallanai dam like Karikal Cholan or Tanjavor Temple like Raja Raja Cholan. Nor is it that we have unearthed within the four boulevards, a site like in Indus Valley, hence to call the area within four boulevards of Pondicherry as if it is Jerusalem is not logical that needs preservation. The book written by Jean Deloche titled Origins of Urban Development of Pondicherry according to 17 th Century Dutch plans about which I wrote in New Indian Express on 13 th November 2004, reveals that “the Dutch plans of Pondicherry preserved at the National Archives in the Hague show that the orthogonal street pattern of the town is a creation of the Dutch. The plans of 1693 show that in Francoise Martin’s times the streets or lanes followed an irregular pattern without any shape or symmetry whereas the plans drafted in 1694  during the Dutch occupation one finds the design of a large new town with a regular geometric lay out rectangular blocks of houses separated by straight streets, intersecting at right angles.”

My humble query is should not the Dutch legacy be hailed, and why Town and Country Planning Department of Pondicherry over which Navin Chawla’s rule too existed for some years, failed to follow the Dutch design when the sub urban areas beyond 4 boulevards of Pondicherry developed rapidly, and with real estate boom everywhere in agricultural lands lay outs propped up and concrete jungles mushroomed, and are we to demolish those townships to bring back the symmetrical pattern of the areas within four boulevard to cover entire town that has grown beyond control and without foresight Town and Country Planning of Pondicherry went into slumber for decades, almost half a century.

Multi storey buildings and flat system were absent in French rule. But when Pondicherry integrated with Indian Union, the architectural style of rest of India made its head way here, and with increase in population even within the so called white town, where in 1995 INTACH identified 300 buildings as heritage buildings, multi storey flats have come up. Our women used to wear saree and blouses, now chudidars and pyjamas have caught up and even jeans t-shirts have replaced pavadai and thavani ? Are we going to say to preserve our heritage our girls and women should wear only those old fashioned dresses and not wear modern dress? A Temple or a Fort or a Pyramid or An Archeologically declared site like Arikamedu can be rightfully called our heritage. Colonial architecture which is out of fashion in modern India looses its relevance. We are part of India and are bound to be influenced by construction designs that prevail in rest of India.

 In the first scientific excavations conducted in 1945 and published in the book Rome beyond the Imperial Frontiers [1954] Mortimer Wheeler left “ an impression of a sleepy village suddenly awakened by enterprising Romans who built stone buildings and a Port, then fell back to sleep when Roman’s left” opines Francis Peter Junior.

From the arretine pottery table wares used by the Romans found there Mortimer Wheeler came to the conclusion that Roman trade flourished between 14 th B.C to 25 B.C. Jean Mari Casal conducted his excavations between 1947 and 1950 opined that much before Romans advent Arikamedu was a prosperous Port dating back to 250 B.C. People of that place were civilized from Iron Age claims Jean Mari Casal who found gold jewels in the burial sites of Suthukeni and was stunned by the prosperity of the people. Whatever may be the dating, the Port of Arikamedu is centuries ahead of colonial entry into Pondicherry soil. Are we to uphold our Indian legacy and heritage or are we going to attach importance to preserve an old prison building in main market area of Nehru Street, instead of allowing its demolition to build a parking area for the crowded market zone?

The proposed plans of how beach road would look like after INTACH mooted modifications are carried out as shown in the website of Pondicherry chapter of INTACH shows the Mahatma Gandhi statue missing? Are these men inside an Indian National Trust contemplating to throw Mahatma Gandhi into Bay of Bengal to reclaim the beach in their way of colonial legacy preservation? May be even Jawaharlal Nehru statue installed on the pedestal of Dupleix statue would be an eyesore to these saviors of colonial heritage. They may even bring down Jawaharlal Nehru statue and install Dupleix once again in his original place occupied during colonial era.

You would have seen protests in Indian cities, which is an every day affair. Have you heard that the weavers of London protested in the streets of London in 1700 demanding ban on import of Indian textiles. Indian textiles were far superior to British products and weavers of British Isles forced their government to ban Indian textiles. The excavations in Red Sea ports and Dutch maritime records reveal that once upon a time India was the couturier of the world. Ms.Rosemary Crill of the V& A Museum of London along with co-authors Ruth Barnes and Steven Cohen published a book Trade, Temple and Court Indian Textiles from Tapi Collections, wherein she states “The East India Company was founded in 1600 to sell British woolen cloth to India, their ships arrived in India in Surat [of Gujarat] in 1608 with vast quantities of broadcloth but the trade soon faltered and died out. What changed their fortune was the discovery of cotton, which was completely unknown in Europe.” Till 18th century from 10 th century, Indian weavers were unbeatable in world markets. In fact most of them were Tamil weavers.

 Recently speaking at the Historical Society of Puducherry, Professor Orse M.Gobalakichenane who published the Veera Naicker’s diary 1778-1792 admitted that even in France, French weavers protested against import of textiles from French India namely Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe, Yenam and Chandranagore. Quoting Veera Naicker’s diary Professor Orse.M.Gobalakichenane narrated on how the kaikolars, the Tamil community of weavers were taken on three year contract to French colonies to teach local weavers, weaving techniques. I intervened and asked, why France took weavers from Puducherry, whereas they could have brought from their France. Economics apart, it became evident by the Professor’s reply that French weavers protested Puducherry textiles leading to the logical conclusion that our weavers were far superior in their skills which made them wanted species every where.

Is it not the duty of Indian National Trust for Heritage to preserve this heritage by reviving the weaving techniques that were the envy of even western countries.

Pondicherry is an intermediary port, and when Thiru. P. Shanmugam was Chief Minister; I suggested that this Port be handed over to Singapore Government owned Singapore Port Trust so that it can be used as transshipment harbor. Since there is nothing much to export from or import to industries around Pondicherry, if this had been made a transshipment harbor it would have eased congestion in Singapore Port and brought revenue to Puducherry Government. Unfortunately my plea went unheeded. Successive Chief Ministers developed it as fishing harbor.  If it should be fishing harbor, fish cold storage facilities should exist there. Fish or prawn packing preserving and export processing industry must have been set up within the harbor. Nothing happened. The rulers forgot that during French regime had built a tunnel beneath the backwaters 100 meters away from coast near Port’s mouth which starts from Vambakeerapalayam and reaches Veerampattinam. This underwater tunnel was used by fishermen in that colonial era. This tunnel, a heritage tunnel obstructs flow of water from sea or sand from river into the seas. There is a dredger, often given on contracts to powerful media or politicians and never to Dredging Corporation of India, a Government of India enterprise.

So vessels entering harbor is next to impossible dream. Fishing vessels get struck as dredging is not done by professionals and adding to the complexity of the problem is the hidden under water tunnel, which Government is neither ready to break nor ready to study on how to keep the mouth of the river hindrance free for shipping boats to reach the fishing harbor.

So Navin Chawla’s single point agenda in supporting INTACH, Pondicherry chapter which wants to get rid off the Gandhiji’s statue in Beach, as pictures by their proposed modernization of beach picture shown in their website has no justification even in the name of upholding colonial legacy, when many buildings which are newly built or remodeled within white town or even in Beach does not resemble the buildings that existed in French India. The proposed picture of Nehru Street, the main market area of Pondicherry, which perhaps INTACH wants to rename as Dupliex Street, shows trees in the pavements and street appears to be converted into a park. Are our business people aware of the INTACH plan to make Nehru Street only usable by pedestrians and cars and two-wheelers to be barred from entering?

Indians won freedom from colonialism but some vested interests are for clinging to colonial past, and that too in architecture only. Let Navin Chawla get rid of his selective amnesia.

PONDY CM’s VOTE BANKS IN TEMPLE LANDS AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES

The scene begins in the II nd Additional District Magistrate’s court on 6th August 1998, where in Case No.O.S 38/97 then M.L.A of Thattanchavady N.Rangasamy stood in the witness box to tell untruth to the Court. He was the witness to support the property grabber, who is Defense witness 1 and N.Rangasamy Defense witness 2.

The learned judge in his order states: “The deposition of the DW 1 is as vague as vagueness could be. The contention of the defendant is that he has been occupying the suit property i.e. “B” schedule property for about 13 years. There is no iota or shred of evidence in support of the case of the defendant. DW 2. Rangasamy, then M.L.A of Thattanchavady would depose as though the defendant was occupying the suit property ever since 1984 and that it was he who got water connection for the defendants hut. If that be so at least there should be documentary evidence in that connection. During cross examination, DW 1 could not state how many huts are in that R.S.number, and that he did not know the specific land number of the property in which the defendant is residing. He could also detail and describe whether the defendant was exercising his right of ownership over the suit property openly, continuously and exclusively. The mere oral evidence of DW 2 without any reference to authentic records cannot be taken as sufficient evidence to prove the possession of the defendant for over 13 years as owner. During the year 1982-83 as revealed by Ex x5 the land acquisition proceedings took place and in those proceedings nothing is shown that in R.S. No.77/1B any hut dwellers were occupying.”

The learned judge in his judgment proved Rangasamy is a liar, and that was when he was mere M.L.A. The learned judge was transferred within one week as act of vendetta by Rangasamy, one could presume and it cannot be by coincidence. The irony of the story is that Rangasamy started planting voters in his constituency by encouraging grabbing of private property over night, to ensure a safe sail in elections and build vote banks. This disease went into his head making him a man with short vision confined to nourishing his constituency alone.

Government of Pondicherry on 22.2.1983 under section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act acquired 50 acres out of 61 acres and 5 cents for free distribution of housing plots. The remaining land not acquired to the extent of 11 acres 50 cents in Survey No 77 / 1B was handed over to Sivashankaran, Pugazh Chozhan and Raji, the owners. The revenue officials in their submission to Court along with acquisition order 4/82 dated 22.02.1983 and court order 53/ 83 dated 22.11.1993, patta, chitta, sketch etc proved that this piece of land is not puramboke, but a private property.

The learned judge cited this and said that at the time of acquisition no hutments were there. Then in a case LA OP No 53/83 in the First Additional District Judges court on 22nd November 1983, the question of deciding the rightful owner for apportionment of award amount came up. Thiru.A.Gandhiraj, who was Education Minister and senior aspirant to recently chosen PCC President Post, appeared in his capacity as Government Pleader, and on behalf of the Petitioners current AICC General Secretary V.Narayanasamy M.P appeared. The three petitioners Pugazhchozhan, Sivasankaran, Raju got award amount. The fact they proved their rightful ownership and got award, must be taken note of, because the game Rangasamy is going to play in this issue.

Mr.M.J.S.Sundar, a Christian who runs St.Peter’s Middle English School bought the land in R.S.No 77/IB where Rangasamy instigated trespass, grabbing had taken place, and in support of that Rangasamy deposed before Court and told untruth, for which the learned judge took honesty in his stride and unmasked Rangasamy in judgment.

In the Court of I Additional District Munsif , Mr.M.J.Sundar in I.A No 3752/ 96 in O.S.No 1454 /96 obtains interim injunction against 22 all of them happen to be women, as shield to grabbers, restraining them from interfering with the property till disposal of suit. In the long legal battle on 30 th November 2002 the learned judge passed the order in which the paragraph at beginning of this letter which mentions about Rangasamy is delivered.

In this episode we have to cut short attempts to file cases where in mid stream parties passed away but their signatures forged, to delay delivery of justice, and we can pass on many such evidences to CBI, if you direct CBI to probe this land grab too. Let us come to the scene : The II ADM Court ordered to physically deliver the property to Mr.M.J.Sundar based upon the order of II Additional District Judge and the Amin of the Court along with Dhanvantrinagar Police, Village Administrative Officer of Thattanchavady entered the property to evict the encroachers and to hand over the property to Mr.M.J.Sundar, a local gangster R.Velayudam, whose name is in rowdy list and who is implicated in many cases C.P Nos 23 /96, 195/93, 31/95, 6/96, 86/96, 25/97, 29/99, Crime No 113/2000, O.C 595/2001 enters the scene, threatens Mr.M.J.Sundar, stating that it was his property and Sundar had got a wrong judgment in Court.

Meanwhile a stay was obtained in High Court in all the 22 cases. In local courts the same 22 cases is pending. The irony here is in II ADM court Puducherry 22 counters and petitions are filed on 16.6.2003 stating stay in High Court had been obtained. By telling lie the Court order to evict encroachments and hand over property to M.J.Sundar is stalled. Actually High Court grants stay in 22 cases beginning from 23.1.2004 up to March 2004. To delay 6 months to get stay a simple lie that High Court stay is obtained is used, all is possible under Rangasamy regime.

One Mrs.Vijayalakshmi committed suicide on 24.8.2003, her death not informed to local court nor High Court, but a stay in her name was obtained, a mysterious way of ghost signing vakalats, affidavits and getting stay, thereby proving in death also an encroacher gets relief, because some intelligent crook manipulated misleading courts.

Another party Mr.Anbazhagan whom the Court Amin went to arrest reported in II ADM Court on 17.03.2003 that Anbazhagan was not in station for past 5 years.After that a vakalat, counter and petition etc filed in local and High Court, another surprise in judicial jungle, where signatures vary thereby indicating foul play.

Another party on 23.4.2003 Angalan shifts family to France but all vakalats, petitions; counters were filed in his name here. Using forged signatures to hoodwink Courts, the original land owner to whom the property should have been handed over is made to run from pillar to posts, in order to justify encroachments made with the blessings of Rangasamy, whose untruth was unmasked in a Court judgment cited in beginning.

“In my constituency private property will be encroached, and in Court I will appear in witness box to defend encroachments”, Rangasamy can boast and even after Court orders to hand over property, will use anti socials to thwart that use influence to get stays in the name of living and dead, or even using ghosts to delay justice to a citizen, is the style of Rangasamy’s Raj in Puducherry, historians can write.

EVICTION ORDERS in 18 of 22 CASES, after HIGH COURT and SUPREME COURT went in favour of MJ Sundar, had been ordered in Puducherry Court. Remaining 4 encroacher’s matter posted for judgement in Setember 2011

Will FREE PRESS of ALL OVER INDIA break the story ? Tamilnadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa had been apprised by way of 600 page documented file. Hope atleast she evinces interest to save MJ Sundar’s life. I do not want his body to be found in gunny bag near Ousutteri, Ousudu lake as it happened in a mysterious death in past.

VOTE BANKS IN TEMPLE LANDS :

The retired Vice Principal of Soucilabai Girls High School, who practices law after his retirement, Mr.P.Kathikeyan sought information on temples, mutts and their properties under Right to Information Act. The reply by the Commissioner of Hindu Religious Institutions stated there are 232 temples and 11 mutts in all the 4 enclaves of the Union Territory. To the question on the properties in possession of these institutions when they were taken over under Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act 1972 and current status of properties a reply was given that after collecting data by July 2007 it will be provided, but not yet provided. Apart from this interesting story, details about planting vote banks in temple lands on eve of elections trickled through the replies.

Just few months before last elections, The Chief Minister N.Rangasamy had ordered transfer of temple lands to lowest price much below the prevailing market rate or the GLR value fixed by the revenue department. The requisite permission of the Lt.Governor had not been obtained, since UT Act places Lt.Governor higher in hierarchy of the administration over the Chief Minister, unlike Chief Minister’s of full fledged states.

The reply by Hindu Religious Institution Commissioner S.Thulasiraman reveals that due to transfer of lands belonging Sri Kamatchiamman Devasthanam Rs 3, 66, 11,752 is loss to Government. Sri Kamatchi amman devasthanam owned 1.7250 hectares in survey number of 237 of Thattanchavady revenue village, a constituency represented by Chief Minister. The file noting states the land of the temple had been” “ unauthorisedly occupied by local people of 120 members, who were not paying rent to the devasthanam for many decades. The file says in order to regularize the encroachments, in spite of the GLR value of 2000-2001 fixed by Revenue Department was Rs 210 per square feet, and it was decided to part it for Rs 12.75 per square feet. List of beneficiaries shows mostly women as beneficiaries, leaving their husbands in background to avail benefits under registration laws.

The second instance of Sri Muthumariamman Devasthanam, Meenatchipet where Guide Line Register value of the temple land in R.S.No 185 stood at Rs 150 per square feet. Forty two people got the 27,943 square feet at Rs 10 per square feet. The replies under Right to Information Act admits Rs 3,66,11,572 is loss due to alienation of lands belonging to Sri Kamatchi Amman devasthanam, Rs 37,22,150 is loss to Sri Muthumari Amman devasthanam, and to Sri Ellaimuthumari Amman devasthanam, Pangur loss is Rs 18,576, the last does not come under Chief Ministers home constituency.

P.Karthikeyan, quoting from replies he got states “ Sri Ayyanar Temple in Revenue village Mangalam of Villianur Assembly constituency the GLR value was Rs 10,000 per acre but the Government chose to collect Rs 25,000 per acre for the 0.2892 hectares. This was on 20th January of 2005, while on 10th February of 2005 instead of GLR rate of Rs 150 per square feet, Rs 10 is collected, because it is in the constituency represented by Chief Minister. Recently after obtaining replies under RTI, Karthikeyan filed a case against former Chief Secretary C.S.Khairwal for causing losses to Government in the court of the Special Judge who ordered for an enquiry by Vigilance and Anti Corruption wing which had submitted its report on April 24th confirming the charges. Political circles here are anxiously waiting for the next step in the temple land scam.

NEWS X CHANNEL PROBE: WHETHER RAJBHAVAN TO RESCUE RAJNIWAS ?

Today 21.4.2011 Daily Thanthi Puducherry had published the photograph of a Tamilnadu Government vehicle TN-01-AG -7000 that arrived to Raj Niwas of Puducherry which was awaiting the arrival of Enforement Directorate team to interroagate Lt.Governor Iqbal Singh for Hasan Ali's links as well as medical college scam ?

WHY DID TAMILNADU RAJ BHAVAN CAR CAME TO PUDUCHERRY LT.GOVERNOR's BUNGALOW ? the Daily Thanthi news title raises questions:

Only one Tamilnadu Policeman was inside. At the gate of Raj niwas it was stopped, and later was let in when green signal came in.

Why did Tamilnadu Raj Bhavan car come to Raj Niwas ?

When it went back whether there was any one inside the car ?

Whether any documents were taken in the car ?

We dont have any detail Daily Thanthi Reports.

Media persons tried to get your opinion on the ongoing controversy. You did not reply but escaped. Seeing your pathetic plight I did not know whether to pity you or curse my college junior V.Narayanasamy who made you the puppet Chief Minister. It is high time for me as friend to advice the Union Minister of State in PMO to choose between UT and National Capital. He is not executing his job in the PMO, though he shows his head in Sriharikota during missile launch and appears to be running along with Prime Minister on another occasion. In meantime he will be issuing all important statements that should have been issued by concerned Ministers in the UT cabinet. One person cannot discharge so many duties at same time. I really admire my friend V.Narayanasamy for his dynamism. Ultimately he degrades the institution of Chief Minister of a UT. Though my friend V.Vaithialingam will be happy to remain your puppet, the political puppet show in our UT exposes every time that you are the puppeteer.

Your nominee the Lt.Governor of Puducherry Iqbal Singh had lowered the dignity of his office and damaged the image of Raj Niwas. It is high time you advice him to step down. You can find a better puppet as your nominee to the Lt.Governor's post.

History will repent that national channels blacked our elites of Puducherry and make their voices heard in battle against Tainted Iqbal Singh

Before next government is chosen let the Raj Niwas be freed of Iqbal Singh and his tainted team. I have resolved to go on indefinite hunger strike either in Puducherry or Karaikal and fast to death for removal of your men from Lt.Governor's post, my friend Mr.V.Narayanasamy this is my open notice to you.

My friend V.Vaithialingam or his companion today to Raj Niwas Mr. E.Valsaraj the Health Minister please dont become puppets again. Leave ministerial posts. We need ministers who can function. It is learnt that Hon'ble V.Narayanasamy wants to introduce a new policy of fixing only two terms to CM or other Ministers in this UT. As per his wish, that is what Narayanasamy's critics say, all current ministers will be denied office even if elected. He must be tired of all their too much of obedience. He needs new puppets. We hope we get good governance. But like Mamata who wants to be Bengal CM and Railway Minister at same time, my friend V.Narayanasamy must not aspire dual roles, ultimately failing to deliver in both roles.
