Today 21.4.2011 Daily Thanthi Puducherry had published the photograph of a Tamilnadu Government vehicle TN-01-AG -7000 that arrived to Raj Niwas of Puducherry which was awaiting the arrival of Enforement Directorate team to interroagate Lt.Governor Iqbal Singh for Hasan Ali's links as well as medical college scam ?

WHY DID TAMILNADU RAJ BHAVAN CAR CAME TO PUDUCHERRY LT.GOVERNOR's BUNGALOW ? the Daily Thanthi news title raises questions:

Only one Tamilnadu Policeman was inside. At the gate of Raj niwas it was stopped, and later was let in when green signal came in.

Why did Tamilnadu Raj Bhavan car come to Raj Niwas ?

When it went back whether there was any one inside the car ?

Whether any documents were taken in the car ?

We dont have any detail Daily Thanthi Reports.

OUR COMMENT : Does it means ED had to raid Tamilnadu Raj Bhavan ? Or whether it is Raj Bhavan's car ? It is Tamilnadu Government vehicle but does it belongs to Raj Bhavan or any other politician ? I appeal to journalists in Chennai to probe further.

TIMES NOW EXPOSES IQBAL SINGH:INDEFINITE FAST FOR REMOVAL

Today in Times Now I saw you[ Chief Minister who is in the photograph with me] coming out of Raj Niwas in car after meeting the Hasan Ali's friend Lt.Governor of Puducherry. Media persons tried to get your opinion on the ongoing controversy. You did not reply but escaped. Seeing your pathetic plight I did not know whether to pity you or curse my college junior V.Narayanasamy who made you the puppet Chief Minister. It is high time for me as friend to advice the Union Minister of State in PMO to choose between UT and National Capital. He is not executing his job in the PMO, though he shows his head in Sriharikota during missile launch and appears to be running along with Prime Minister on another occasion. In meantime he will be issuing all important statements that should have been issued by concerned Ministers in the UT cabinet. One person cannot discharge so many duties at same time. I really admire my friend V.Narayanasamy for his dynamism. Ultimately he degrades the institution of Chief Minister of a UT. Though my friend V.Vaithialingam will be happy to remain your puppet, the political puppet show in our UT exposes every time that you are the puppeteer.

Your nominee the Lt.Governor of Puducherry Iqbal Singh had lowered the dignity of his office and damaged the image of Raj Niwas. It is high time you advice him to step down. You can find a better puppet as your nominee to the Lt.Governor's post.

Times Now landed in Puducherry to unmask your favorite Iqbal Singh. National debate took place in TV on his continuance in office. An ex-employee of spinning mills who rose from rag to riches by liquor trade and land deals Mr.A.Anbazhagan was sponsored by the stringers of channels here to expose the Medical College Trust affair of the Lt.Governor's kith and kin. Why cant Times Now invite that scholarly orator to a live debate on Lt.Governor is surprising us. Times Now van was here, and he could have been telecasted to show his face and efficiency in arguing the case in the debate with Ram Jethmalani and Professor Vaithyanathan. The tempo could not be sustained in spite of Times Now, Headlines Today teams here because their stringers does not want to bring Retired High Court Judge Davida Annusamy, RTI organization People's Pulse headed by retired IAS officer Hemachandran, Panchayat Raj Movement leader Vasudeva Raju IAS [Retired] Rama Srinivasan [Freedom Fighter of Karaikal] Former Rajya Sabha Member C.P.Thirunavukarasu , a senior lawyer by profession belonging to DMK, V.P.M.Swamy octogenarian dalit leader and Former Rajya Sabha member, Padma Sri awardee writer Manoj Das and other articulate elites of Puducherry who could speak English well. By adding their views public pressure for Lt.Governor's ouster could have been easily built. Instead the stringers of televisions were keen on a politician with tainted background to be the Anna Hazare here. It has nothing to do with their party affinity but their proximity. History will repent that national channels blacked our elites of Puducherry and make their voices heard in battle against Tainted Iqbal Singh

Before next government is chosen let the Raj Niwas be freed of Iqbal Singh and his tainted team. I have resolved to go on indefinite hunger strike either in Puducherry or Karaikal and fast to death for removal of your men from Lt.Governor's post, my friend Mr.V.Narayanasamy this is my open notice to you.

My friend V.Vaithialingam or his companion today to Raj Niwas Mr. E.Valsaraj the Health Minister please dont become puppets again. Leave ministerial posts. We need ministers who can function. It is learnt that Hon'ble V.Narayanasamy wants to introduce a new policy of fixing only two terms to CM or other Ministers in this UT. As per his wish, that is what Narayanasamy's critics say, all current ministers will be denied office even if elected. He must be tired of all their too much of obedience. He needs new puppets. We hope we get good governance. But like Mamata who wants to be Bengal CM and Railway Minister at same time, my friend V.Narayanasamy must not aspire dual roles, ultimately failing to deliver in both roles.

CBI and ENFOREMENT DIRECTORATE UNDER SUPREME COURT MONITOR

HASAN ALI’S MEDICAL COLLEGE  IN KARAIKAL

The names of  black money hoarders  and launderers Manmohan Singh Government refuses to divulge as if it is state secret in spite of Supreme Court urging the Government to be transparent. At least one Hasan Ali, the middleman who helped politicians smuggle black money out of this country to tax havens had been nabbed and Enforcement Directorate is questioning him. The Hasan Ali- Puducherry Lt.Governor Iqbal Singh fraternity had been exposed in the passport issue. The Prime Minister’s Office had given the nod for ED to interrogate Iqbal Singh and videograph it as per Supreme Court’s direction.

DOES THE ED OR CBI ONLY WANT PASSPORT ISSUE ALONE TO BE PROBED ? ARE THEY NOT PROBING HASAN ALI’s BLACK MONEY TRAIL ? IS IT NOT THEIR DUTY TO FIND OUT WHETHER HASAN ALI LAUNDERED MONEY FOR IQBAL SINGH AND WHETHER IN SUCH MONEY IQBAL SINGH’s KITH AND KIN PLANNED A MEDICAL COLLEGE IN KARAIKAL ?

1.How did Mr. Iqbal Singh float a Trust, call the Registrar to Rajniwas and register a Trust with Lt.Governor’s son-daughter-in-law and his Officer of Special Duty J.P.Singh’s daughter- son-in-law as Trustees ? Is not necessity under law to give an address for such Trust ? Like Spectrum Raja’s wife giving Raja’s official ministerial bungalow address Lt.Governor Iqbal Singh thought of giving address but left application blank. Later on instead of giving door number the backside gate of Rajniwas was shown as just Jawaharlal Nehru Street and the Trust operated from there.

If the Lt.Governor peeps from his residence just across the street he would have found a locked house, wherein Parvathi Shah was raped by her brother-in-law and brutally murdered. The murderer Kamal Shah sentenced to death died in mysterious manner within the jail. His mother alone cannot sell that house. The wanted criminal/declared absconder Ravi Shah should appear to sign. Because he is absconding Government had attached that house and in recent past when some lawyer tried to sell the house Puducherry Police pasted a notice in the wall of 47,Francois Martin Street housed named Padmalaya. That house was later shown as office address of the Trust. CBI or EB must aske how the kith and kin of Lt.Governor bought that house, who registered the property, whether absconder Ravi Shah came to sign papers etc. Whether Hasan Ali’s laundered money landed in Puducherry to buy a property ?

2. The proposal for the Medical College was not cleared by previous Health Secretary Vijayan nor present Health Secretary Raajiv Yadhuvansi. The proposal does not comply the guidelines or norms stipulated by the Medical Council of India and Union Ministry of Health. ED must interrogate the Chief Secretary as to why he bypassed cabinet or his secretary and bent all rules to arbitrarily sanction in-principal approval first, when no such approval is under the law. The essentiality certificate and no objection certificate was issued by the Lt.Governor himself. If the files that is hidden in Raj Niwas is unearthed by ED or CBI or if it escapes fire within next 48 hours, ED can find out that the Health Minister had written no comments in the file and the Chief Minister had written it is up to Lt.Governor to take decision. Upon that note of Chief Minister the Lt.Governor of Puducherry had ordered issuance of NOC to his family owned trust. Now when the heat reaches Raj Niwas attempts to withdraw his kith and kin from the Trust is on anvil.

IF THE ED OR CBI CANNOT FIND OUT HASAN ALI’s MONEY REACHING PUDUCHERRY HOW THEY WILL FIND OUT IN FOREIGN LANDS ? ANNA HAZAARE AND THOSE WHO FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION MUST PONDER

SELECTIVE AMNESIA OF Mr.V.NARAYANASAMY

Honorable Minister of State in Prime Minister’s Office  Thiru.V.Narayanasamy

Subject: Need for CBI probe into the Tsunami loot of All India NR Congress Chief N.Rangasamy to prevent future loots during natural disasters.

We had given memorandums to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and to all in the cabinet of Hon’ble Manmohan Singh about various commissions and omissions of Former Chief Minister N.Rangasamy. We have also specifically given to you in your capacity as The Chairman on the Sub Committee of Tsunami Relief under Parliamentary Standing Committee of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Our memorandums enclosed again to refresh your memory had been gathering dust in the Government of India.

The Former Lt. Governor of Puducherry His Excellency N.N.Jha I.F.S had also given detailed complaints about various corrupt and unconstitutional practices of Thiru N.Rangasamy.

The Former Chief Secretary Rakesh Bihari had done his constitutional duty and headed to the call of his conscience and had given enough material to form as basis for the charges against Thiru.N.Rangasamy.

Union Government sanctioned immediate relief when Tsunami struck but instead to disposing that through Government officials it was transferred to Chief Minister’s fund and handed over to his favorite legislators with request to produce bogus vouchers. I tried my best to get the G.O through which this transfer was facilitated to put in the PIL I prepared then. Neither the G.O nor its non-existence could be obtained from tight lipped officials, and now if CBI catches this the tsunami fund mismanagement will stand proven without an iota of doubt.

Now that gentlemen is out of your party and had floated an All India NR Congress to start party in UP, MP,Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh to overthrow Indian National Congress from these legislatures, and unless you order CBI probe into tsunami scam, his party will defeat Congress in All India level, as he dreams. Paying lip service to Late Kamaraj, he proved his egoism to score when he named his party after him.

The day and time of his resignation, the time of his speech and every action of him is guided by astrologers, and even if he wins his Cabinet colleagues will be bypassed, ignored, insulted and only astrologers will govern Puducherry through remote control. A lime blessed by some bearded soothsayer is his party’s icon in the flag. Irrational arrogance and unconstitutional rule with anti-socials singing songs of sycophancy will return to Puducherry if he wins by accident. As Chief Minister he took a delegation of party leaders to press then Union Home Minister L.K.Advani on Cauvery water issue. Then Home Minister asked whether he had met then Union Minister of Agriculture before coming to him. Mr.Advani did not say Ajit Singh but referred only Agriculture Minister. Our learned genius N.Rangasamy said here is our Agriculture Minister and stood to introduce Namasivayam, Puducherry’s Agriculture Minister. The team members leaked this information to me. A Chief Minister who cannot understand this simple question, how can he argue for the issues and causes of the Union Territory of Puducherry? voters will have to ponder.

He is intolerable to criticism. The General Secretary of Karaikal Union Territory Struggle Group A.S.T.Ansari Babu criticized his night visits to Karaikal and asked why in day time he is not visiting Karaikal, neglected in his rule. Ansari Babu was assaulted and hospitalized for more than a month. The revolt of his cabinet colleagues was the result of his arrogance, and he could not carry his 5 colleagues unitedly since he was never a democrat but only a dictator. Behind the false pretentious simple innocent man posture remains a hardened dictator and petty minded person who nursed only his constituency and neglected whole state.

Now in election it is common to see party crossings and ticket seekers jumping from one bandwagon to other. Mobocracy and manipulated media blitzkrieg can create a temporary charisma In the interest of clean public life we urge the Hon’ble Prime Minister through you to institute a CBI probe into the Tsunami scam of N.Rangasamy . These are days of Supreme Court monitoring governance and we hope the Respected Prime Minister will not drive us to Supreme Court and get caught into another case of Court monitoring his governance. We had given memorandums to entire Cabinet and to you in your capacity as The Chairman on the Sub Committee of Tsunami Relief under Parliamentary Standing Committee of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Please order for CBI probe.

Elections may come and go, public life should be clean in Puducherry and we need good governance.

Mr.V.Narayanasamy in his election speeches talks about Tsunami scam. But I who made the complaint to him in his capacity as Chairman of Parliamentary Sub-Committee on Tsunami Relief against then Chief Minister N.Rangasamy had to accuse Mr.V.Narayanasamy of selective amnesia. All these days he forgot justice for 599 dead and 10161 homeless people but recalls Tsunami scam in election speeches only to forget and forgive N.Rangasamy after elections enabling his home coming as prodigal son....
